Emotional Wellbeing Worshop

In connection with World Aids Day HGN are offering an Emotional wellbeing Workshop. This exciting event offers the participants the opportunity to explore healthy ways of relating and managing emotions to reduce stress and anxiety. Through interactive exercises participants can explore issues that can impact on self esteem and postive identity. We will look at practical ways of building confidence and ways of making you feel happier and content within yourself.

Gay and gay-friendly football club
Nottingham Ball Bois FC is a football club aimed at the local gay community and any other gay-friendly players and supporters. We have recently joined the national GFSN (Gay Football Supporters Network) League, and we also compete in friendly games and five-a-side tournaments. We have a weekly training session on Sundays. We welcome players of all abilities and backgrounds, and we also have a regular band of supporters. Mondays from 19:45-22:00 at Victoria Leisure Centre in Nottingham, NG1 1DB Badminton social event for people interested in playing different people at badminton.
It will cost £2-50 per person. The aim is to make this a regular event.It is aimed at people with mixed levels of badminton skills. It will involve you playing different people at doubles. Shuttles will be supplied

Eat Out

Eat Out Nottingham is a monthly dinner club.
Eat, drink and be merry! Enjoy good conversation and good company.
An excellent way to spend a Wednesday evening in Nottingham!
This event began in 2006 and continues to be a success!
Usually 12-20 diners. Newcomers always welcome.

The Christmas festivities would not be complete without the great annual tradition that is the Eat Out Christmas Special at Encounters Restaurant! This year it's on Wednesday 14th December at 8pm and as usual we're meeting beforehand for a drink at The Peacock pub, Mansfield Road at 7:30pm. Come and celebrate the festive spirit with us in a relaxed setting with great food and great company.

This wonderful Christmas feast costs just £28.95 per head which includes our £1 charity donation. For this Eat Out only we require a deposit of £15 per person, payable by Monday 14th November.
